What the classes cover
Real-world case notes contain far more data than any letter should carry. You learn the selection logic the writing criteria reward: what belongs, what distracts, and what must be rephrased for the receiving clinician. Referral, discharge and transfer letters built from real case notes, marked against the six official criteria with model rewrites. Doctors and nurses follow separate tracks because their letter types and audiences differ. Shift workers build the majority of our OET batches, so the timetable bends around rosters rather than fighting them. Night-shift nurses take the morning track after their off days, and every session is recorded so a swapped shift never becomes a lost week of letter-writing practice.
A typical week in this track
The listening sub-test plays each recording exactly once, which punishes candidates who listen passively.
